Phillip lives and breaths startups. As a serial entrepreneur with a previous exit in the US, not only is he active as a Angel Investor, but he also has first-hand experience building and nurturing the early and growth stages of a technology firm: from intial concept, all the way to exit.

With both a strong techincal background as an active developer by day, to responsive communicator with clients by night, Phillip is always open to new exploring new opportunities, with an keen eye for what is technically feasible and approprate, for a truly broad range of market opportunities.

A startup veteran, Phong has been a key member of multiple startups along side Phillip, including a successful exit in the US. With expeiences serving as CTO for a range of different companies, and also as a mentor and advisor to other startups, Phong has continued to develop his broad and deep technical background, with a wide variety of technologies and systems.

Always looking for ways to experiment and become an early adopter, this curiosity has led Phong to be an active participant, developer, and contributor to multiple blockchain communities, from miner, to market maker, to investor, and everything in betwen.

Having worked as an Engineer, Designer, Product Mangager, Design Manager, and Consultant, Hana has a wide range technical skills to help startups explore new ideas, and dig into the details to make them a reality.

In his previous experience, Hana joined Addepar, helping the series A company develop into the Unicorn it is today. As the first UX designer, he helped grow the design team to include UX designers, brand designers, and UI Engineers, while establishing a reasearch-based approach to product development.
